THE RACE
Two peaks to be reached through beautiful forests in full autumn vibes. This track is the most accessible and will let you experience the Cornacci Group above the village of Tesero.
Starting from the centre of Cavalese, you reach Tesero, from where the ascent to Val Salime begins. Unlike the other routes, you immediately ascend towards Monte Cornon, which rewards you with a breathtaking view on Val di Fiemme and the Lagorai chain.
The route continues to the sites of Armentagiola and la Bassa: here the pastures open up the view towards the magnificent Latemar massif. At this point, the trail turns left towards Doss dei Branchi and returns to Armentagiola, where the steep descent to the Stava site (1.250 m) begins. From here, you take the forest road that leads to the village of Varena. These last kilometres are characterised by fast ups and downs.
Shortly before Varena, thanks to a final 3-kilometre descent you are flying to the finish line in the centre of Cavalese completing your FIEMME SKY RACE.
