THE FUSKY TEAM
ATPOWER TEAM
Founded in 2021, the association was created with the aim of helping athletes discover the discipline of skyrunning.
Sport in a mountain environment is not easy, it takes dedication, passion and discipline. All this is in the DNA of ATPower Team: our motto is to live a life A Tutto Power (at full power), seizing opportunities, living our passions, seeking happiness and personal victories in all aspects of life, living with a positive mindset, facing challenges with courage and tenacity.
With FUSKY and FIEMME MOUNTAIN ACADEMY, the team wants to educate enthusiasts about this wonderful discipline, creating moments to be shared within a frame of landscapes that will inspire them to pursue this way of life.
MANAGEMENT

ANDREA
Team Leader, Track and Security Manager
I got into mountain sports and endurance through mountain biking. After winning a provincial champion jersey and becoming a mountain bike instructor, I had the opportunity to meet Paolo Larger, who let me fall in love with skyrunning to such an extent that I founded the ATPower Team. I am a regional FISKY delegate, 2nd degree skyrunning instructor and 1st degree skyrunning coach.
My competitive spirit always led me to seek growth, pushing myself beyond my limits. My most significant achievement was to finish UTMB in 2023. This exciting experience convinced me to create a Skyrunning race in Val di Fiemme. Now, thanks to a passionate team, this dream is finally becoming reality.

ROBERTO
Technical Officer of Tracks
A sporty family and the humble life of Val di Fiemme set the base for strong values and a huge respect for the territory.
At a competitive level, I am a Nordic Combined medalist at the Junior World Ski Championships.
Today I am an ultrarunner, cross-country skier and father of three children, for whom I hope to be an example: I hope my outdoor lifestyle inspires them to live their life with passion and humility.
I am always looking for new challenges and ready to accept them.

MARCO
Technical Manager Start and Finish Area
Former professional cross-country skiing athlete, member of the National Long Distance Team, double World Cup Champion in this discipline.
Passionate about sport, I am in love with running.
Since 2011, I have been Skiman of the Fiamme Oro cross-country ski team and since 2021 I am cross-country ski instructor.

ENRICO
Manager of Sponsor and EXPO Area
I was born and raised in Val di Fiemme, in Lago di Tesero, the cradle of nordic skiing in Italy.
Ever since I was a child I have been passionate about sports and the mountains. In the winter season I love to practice nordic skiing (I am a teacher and member of the Lago di Tesero Ski School) and ski mountaineering.
In the summer I practice orienteering, running, trail running, and multi-day trekkings, the latter especially in the Lagorai chain.

ALICE
Marketing and Communication Manager, Volunteers Manager
I am one of the lucky people born in Val di Fiemme, and so I have been used to living the mountains since I was a little girl, when Dad used to take us hiking to Lagorai.
Growing up, I experienced them as a playground for long training sessions. Today, I love to enjoy their regenerating energy.
Sport and mountains are essential elements of my daily life: I practice mountain running, orienteering, ski mountaineering, sometimes climbing, without ever losing my passion for cross-country skiing, a discipline that marked me in my younger days.
I have a degree in Tourism, Sports and Events Management and work in marketing in the sports sector.

TEAM LEADERS

CARLA
Administration
Born and raised in Tesero, I am proud to live in my valley. Ever since I was a child, I have always given my time and energy to the various organisations of my village and of the parish. I love walking in the mountains; the Cornon cross and Lagorai lake are my favourite places. The team at FUSKY has given me the chance to lend a hand with the accounts for this wonderful project – a role I held until a few years ago, before opening a small bed and breakfast – and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for this opportunity. Together, we can achieve anything!

MILENA
Track Marking
I have a deep connection to Val di Fiemme, where I was born and raised, and I experience my local area with authenticity and passion. I describe myself as a bit of a wild one, but I also know how to enjoy a good time with friends.
I have run half-marathons and marathons, but it is in trail running that I find my ideal setting: I love running through the woods or along the trails of the Lagorai mountain range, where I can best express my spirit. In recent years, I have also taken up cross-country skiing, discovering a new passion that arose almost by chance from my desire to take part in the Marcialonga, another major event that feels like home.
Juggling home, family and work, I always try to find time for sport, which remains a fundamental part of my life.

SARA
Race Office
“Our very nature lies in movement." This quote by Pascal, which I often see engraved on a bench when I go for a walk around my neighbourhood, really captures who I am. Whether it’s a walk, a bike ride, a fitness class, a trip to the mountains or a day’s skiing, movement is an essential part of my well-being. And if you can do it with friends, so much the better!

GIANLUCA
Shuttle Services
I was born and raised in Cavalese, in the heart of Val di Fiemme, a valley that I feel as deeply my own and which I chose to serve in a practical way from a young age.
For thirteen years, I volunteered as a rescue worker and driver with the Croce Bianca di Tesero, an experience that taught me the value of teamwork, responsibility and the ability to keep a clear head under pressure.
From 2011 to 2016, I worked with Gioco Sport Fiemme, the sports initiation centre that has introduced so many children and young people from the valley to the sporting disciplines of our region. In that role, I managed the technological and administrative aspects of the association, learning just how important the work behind the scenes is to ensuring a sports organisation runs smoothly.
That same passion for community service naturally led me to put my hands — and my driving skills — at the service of FUSKY: coordinating the shuttle service means ensuring that athletes and logistics move smoothly, punctually and safely through the mountains I love.
In my spare time, I nurture a passion for photography, which I’ve been pursuing since 2005, and for music, which has always been part of my life. The mountains, however, remain the backdrop to it all.

ANNA
Info Point & General Services
I chose to become a volunteer for Fiemme Ultra Sky because volunteering has always been a part of my life. In our family, it has always felt natural to be there: from a very young age, we used to follow Dad to the village races, handing out tea and lending a hand wherever needed. We were active in the youth group and helped out at the valley’s cross-country running competitions, as well as at many other events and initiatives.
For me, being there when needed is something that comes naturally. It’s a way of giving back, of feeling part of a community. Giving my time to initiatives that bring people together has always been a source of great satisfaction for me.

Graphics
I was born and raised in Tesero, amidst the mountains and forests of Val di Fiemme. After graduating at the Art School in Pozza di Fassa, I went on to complete my studies with a degree at the Academy of Fine Arts in Verona.
Growing up surrounded by mountains made my passion for outdoor sports, such as skiing, cycling and hiking, a natural one. In recent years, however, I have decided to challenge myself with new disciplines, focusing in particular on swimming and running, the latter of which I have taken up partly thanks to my collaboration with Team FUSKY.

MATILDE
Social Media
I consider myself truly lucky to call Val di Fiemme my hometown. These mountains have always been a part of my life: they are something I’ve come to know since I was a child and which, over time, have become an integral part of it.
Being surrounded by our mountains, by the Lagorai, makes me realise every day just how lucky we are to live in this unique place.
When Alice first told me about the FUSKY project, I immediately sensed the passion and enthusiasm that characterise the Fiemme Ultra Sky team. It was precisely that energy that drew me in and spurred me on to join straight away.
Contributing to the event through social media is something extraordinary for me: being able to share the team’s enthusiasm and dedication, and seeing this dream taking shape, is truly an honour.
